What an amazing week at Birkdale house!! 

The location of the house was perfect. Set within private grounds in what felt like rural countryside but was only a ten minute walk from Bowness town centre and a five minute drive to Booths!

Every detail has been carefully considered and the result was a wonderful stay with all the amenities we could require. The small details of welcome hamper, freshly cut flowers within the house and bathrobes was a real treat.

The kids enjoyed the table football/pool room, alongside the large cinema room to the ‘big green egg’, perfect for barbecuing a delicious joint purchased from Jo McGrath at Yew Tree Farm. 

A big thank you also to Rachael who was able to assist with a few small queries to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. 

We would most definitely visit again … a real gem!!
